Michele Sagehorn is a principal and founding partner at Red Car Analytics. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Energy Manager, and holds a Six Sigma Certification. Over a 15+ year career, Michele has helped clients make informed decisions to achieve their vision and goals through knowledge and her experience with real building data analytics, which gives her a unique ability to translate the data into useful information for decision makers. As a commissioning agent, she has led ten zero net energy and eighteen carbon neutral buildings. Her problem solving and quality assurance expertise spans numerous markets including, healthcare, higher education, laboratories, data centers, commercial, and civic/public buildings. Passionate about sustainable buildings, Michele is dedicated to facilitating the coordination required for a building to achieve its full energy performance capabilities and help to maintain that performance for years to come.
Hillary Weitze, PE, LEED AP
Hillary is a principal and founding partner at Red Car Analytics and brings over 15 years of experience managing and leading building engineering projects. Hillary believes in using measured data to inform design decisions and to create more accurate modeling predictions. Her work focuses on bringing both pre-design data and post-occupancy data into actionable building upgrades. She has performed both retro and monitoring-based commissioning, energy analysis, and measurement and verification, and utility program implementation for high performance buildings. Her expertise focuses on finding impactful and practical solutions to improve the energy performance of both new construction and existing buildings. She has managed projects and programs for utilities, owners, and design teams.
