Red Car Analytics provides strategic energy consulting to owners to help them achieve their building decarbonization goals. We consider our key role as “client advocate” to help ensure a client’s project objectives are achieved. We do this by asking insightful questions at project initiation to establish clear, actionable goals and performance requirements, and then filling knowledge and skills gaps that often exist in project teams.

• Designs reviews to help ensure the right technical details are included to achieve the design intent
• Development actionable efficiency targets informed by engineering analysis
• Identification and prioritization of buildings in a portfolio for energy reduction, decarbonization, load management improvements, and identification of cost-effective retrofit/retro-commissioning opportunities at those buildings
