Project Summary

10x Genomics has opened a new lab and office building on its campus in Pleasanton, CA. 10x creates equipment, software, and products that improve how biomedical researchers analyze biological cells.

The building systems Red Car commissioned include: envelope, chilled water system, heating hot water system, air-handling units, exhaust fans, VAV terminal boxes, fan coil units, CRAC units, gas manifolds, solar photovoltaic system, lighting system, fume hoods, irrigation system, emergency power system, electrical metering, and HVAC controls.
