Project Summary

The project consists of a commercial biologic manufacturing facility in Oceanside, CA which will incorporate the latest manufacturing technologies, including single-use systems, automation, artificial intelligence, digitalization and more, along with in-house process improvements under one roof to significantly will increase production flexibility, speed and output, ultimately allowing the client to deliver medicines to patients faster.

Red Car commissioned the non-GMP systems for this facility which included: Chilled Water System, Heating Hot Water System, Process Chilled Water System, Compressed Air, Air Handling Units, VAVs, Electrical Distribution, Photovoltaic System, Lighting Systems, Metering, and Enclosure.
