Red Car Analytics Partner Wins National Recognition

Red Car Analytics is proud to share that Neil Bulger has been awarded the Consulting Specifying Engineering (CSE)’s 2020 40 Under 40 award.

As a Founding Principal at Red Car Analytics, Neil is a passionate and goal-oriented building performance engineer with over 10 years’ experience in building energy efficiency, specializing in low energy HVAC systems, MEP design strategies. He has served as a senior consultant and energy modeler, providing guidance to development teams, owners and developers in California and throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has worked on more than a dozen zero net energy (ZNE) buildings and has worked with California investor-owned utilities to inform statewide and national energy policies and standards. Neil enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience and has delivered over thirty presentations at conferences and workshops throughout the United States.

Neil currently serves on the Young Professionals Network board as part of the Santa Rosa City Chamber of Commerce. As an extension for his passion for making buildings energy efficient, he enjoys working to make his home more energy-efficient. Doing his part to limit his water footprint in California, Neil has built a rainwater catchment system and diverted laundry water to maintain their landscape. He is currently converting his home to be fully electric, supported by solar and batteries. He and his wife enjoy spending time exploring the great outdoors, hiking, biking, and, when possible, an early morning adventure paddle boarding on the nearby Russian River while trying to balance their dog, Charlie.
