Our team recently completed a multi-year long project as part of the PG&E Code Readiness Program to retrofit a small office building with a high efficiency HVAC and an advanced lighting system. The Emerging Technology Coordination Council posted the report for the public and includes detailed findings on the system design, energy use and monitored trends, details on incremental cost, and preliminary field findings on VRF efficiency.

Red Car Analytics is proud to support 2050 Partners and the PG&E Code Readiness team in projects like this throughout California. Code Readiness is a long-range planning project focused on bringing measured data and observed trends and opportunities to energy efficiency policy and incentive programs. We like to think of the project as a partnership with building designers, owners, and thought leaders who let us measure their buildings and pepper them with questions.
