Project Summary

Congregation Emanu-El is an existing facility that is being renovated with façade updates, new addition, and new glazed entrance. As part of the renovation process the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are being upgraded. The upgrades will utilize natural ventilation and hydronic heating where possible to match the existing building design and create a holistic solution that is sensitive to the historic nature of the building. The MEP systems are designed to provide a comfortable, healthy environment with low energy cost and minimal architectural impact.

Red Car commissioned the following systems: HVAC, Controls, Domestic Hot Water, and Lighting.
