Project Summary

This new office building, located in Spokane, Washington, was designed to serve as an office building for executive use, events, and employee wellness. The primary design goal for the project was to reduce operational energy use and carbon emissions. The design team established an energy performance target to reduce the operational costs and carbon emissions over the life of the building and to drive the design towards integrated solutions.

The 80,000-sf office is currently in design, intended to be all-electric HVAC systems, utilizing a high efficiency outdoor air system, chilled beams, and a central 4 pipe air to water heat pump plant.
