Red Car Analytics’ team provided building energy modeling and consulting services supporting the project’s design and construction team. RCA’s team shared its expertise in building design and operations, using rapid energy models and providing a building-level analysis of operational cost and system sizing implications for HVAC or onsite generation. Services also identified cost-effective options for reaching LEED Platinum and Net Zero Energy. The evaluation also touched on the impacts on the occupant experience concerning thermal comfort and indoor air quality for this 400,000-sf office campus.

Red Car Analytics delivered design phase energy reports for LEED documentation and a final energy model after LEED comments. Red Car also provided net zero energy design assistance with metering infrastructure and recommendations for a monitoring energy dashboard system.
